Love and Literacy: A Practical Guide to Finding the Magic in Literature (Grades 5-12), by Paul Bambrick-Santoyo and Stephen Chiger, delves into the successful strategies used by teachers to help students love reading. Research shows that students cannot love a book if they don't understand it. The book provides resources and ideas to bring into the classroom. This book study is asynchronous.
