GCRTC Contemplative Coaching in Education Retreat

This past month, Teacher Leadership Coaches, leaders, and instructors from the Greater Capital Region Teacher Center attended a Contemplative Coaching in Education Retreat in Craryville, NY. Nestled amidst the Berkshire and Taconic Mountains in the Taconic Hills CSD area, this setting provided a perfect backdrop for this important introspective work.

Drawing upon extensive research in positive psychology and change theory, the retreat was an opportunity to explore the intersection of contemplative practices and coaching strategies, from an education practitioner's lens.
